“EVs For Everyone,” at Least According to a New Chevy Ad

The Chevrolet Motor Division of GM is launching a new marketing campaign that focuses on the future and availability of electric vehicles. These new ads should get plenty of views as General Motors is running them during NFL football games. There are even some rumors floating around that Chevy is going all in for the upcoming Super Bowl. Maybe Chevy will even introduce the idea of a new Chevrolet Tahoe EV that everyone is hoping will come to market.

Chevy was the first arm of the GM brand to produce EVs with vehicles like the Volt and Bolt EV. The Volt was eventually discontinued to make room for the various updates to the Bolt EV and the release of the Bolt EUV. The EUV hit the market in 2022 as a more practical crossover version of the Bolt EV hatchback. While Chevy may only have two EVs on the market right now, there are plans for an entire lineup of EVs coming in the near future.

According to rumors from Autonews.com, Chevy is going to release EV versions of its most popular full-size SUVs, so there should be a Chevrolet Tahoe and Yukon EV available sometime near 2026.

The ad campaign plans to showcase how there are EV options for every kind of driver. The “EVs for Everyone” posted on Chevy’s YouTube channel shows various drivers cruising around town in their Chevy EVs. The ad isn’t just talking about the two currently available EVs; it brings attention to the future of the lineup with options like the Equinox EV, Silverado EV, and Blazer EV. Unfortunately, those who want to see the Chevrolet Tahoe EV won’t get a glimpse of this eco-friendly SUV for a little while.

The ad features the song “Everywhere” by Fleetwood Mac. The chorus sings the phrase, “oh, I want to be with you everywhere.” The infectious melody and catchy lyrics bring joy to your face, much like the future of the EV market. The song might even get stuck in your head, which only helps the new Chevy ads work.

The “EVs for Everyone” campaign signifies more than just Chevy’s commitment to creating a functional lineup of EVs. It embodies the future of EVs. Historically, auto manufacturers didn’t make large batches of EVs. They made a few units that mostly sat unsold. Automakers were scared of losing money on EVs, so they didn’t push them.

The tide seems to be turning as more auto brands look towards the future of green energy. Chevy is just one of the major brands that are dedicated serious resources to developing the kinds of EVs drivers can’t ignore. If you like the idea of a Bolt or Blazer EV, just wait until you see the massive Chevrolet Tahoe EV coming soon.

With the way things are going, there is no doubt that there is an EV for everyone, and Chevy is leading the way.
