The 2025 Chevy Pickup Truck Lineup Continuing a Tradition of Reliability

The Chevy 2025 pickup truck lineup changes with the Chevrolet Silverado 1500, Colorado and heavy-duty Silverado 2500 receiving some updates.

Are you ready to see what’s next for Chevy’s capable pickup trucks? Take a look.

The Chevrolet Colorado – Maybe a Few Minor Tweaks

The Colorado received a major overhaul in 2023, so the 2025 will most likely only get some minor tweaks. The 2023 updates included new styling, new powertrains, and significant engineering upgrades. For 2025, you might find some new available colors for the Colorado and some small changes to the equipment available offered for some of the trims.

The 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 – Still the Same Great Truck

Just like the Colorado, the changes for the 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 are minimal. Two new paint colors, Cypress Gray and Riptide Blue Metallic will be offered, but other than this, the 1500 will stay the same.

There’s a lot to love about the 1500 just the way it is. The selection of powertrains offers something for every driver, and it has the off-road capable ZR2 trim for those who want to take their trip to the trails. This trim is one that received some updates. It now comes standard with front and rear parking sensors, and the stereo received an upgrade. The newly standard 7-speaker Bose stereo will make sure your tunes are always crisp, clear, and as loud as you would like.

More Changes for the 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and 3500HD

The heavy-duty Silverado 2500 and 3500 both received recent midcycle updates, so changes to these trucks are designed to supplement the upgrades. Depending on the trim, drivers will get the benefit of more advanced driver aids, including standard front and rear parking sensors for the ZR2. These will also be optional for the WT, Custom, and LT. Choose the High Country for adaptive cruise control.

If you like the bold look for your pickup truck, check out the Blackout Package for the Custom, but if you’re an off-road enthusiast, you’ll want to get the Trail Boss Package. It gives the LT and LTZ trims heavy-duty off-road shocks, recovery hooks, and off-road tires.

The Chevy Silverado EV – Same Truck New Colors

The Silverado EV arrived last year, so it’s no surprise that it only has some minor updates. It still offers a dual motor setup with 754 horsepower and 785 pound-feet of torque, making it one of the fastest pickup trucks you can get. And even with all this power, the Silverado can still get up to 440 miles of range on a fully charged battery.

The changes for the 2025 Chevy Silverado EV include the addition of several new colors. Since the 2024 was only available in black and white, the option to get it in Zephyr Blue Metallic, Habanero Orange, and Blue Smoke Metallic is a big deal.
