Kennywood
Head to Pennsylvania and enjoy the trill of the coasters offered at this family-friendly location. One of the best amusement parks in the country is Kennywood where you’ll find the Sky Rocket. This ride launches you to 50 mph in three seconds. You’ll also find a ton of amazing events, fireworks, parties and parades. Spend a couple of days and enjoy the fun and food offered at this incredible park located in West Mifflin, PA which is only a short drive to downtown Pittsburgh. Six Flags Magic Mountain
There are many Six Flags locations around the country, but Magic Mountain is found in Valencia, California, where you can enjoy a lot of fun with your family. Walt Disney World Resort

Take the “it’s a small world” boat ride through the cave and visit Epcot where you’ll find several restaurants from countries around the world. Silver Dollar City
Head to downtown Branson, Missouri and enjoy a theme park form the 1880s when this park first opened. There are more than 40 rides and attractions including several spinning coasters, drop rides, and swings. The White Water park is a great place to enjoy the 13 acres of water rides, especially when the weather is extremely hot in this central part of the country. If you’re looking for a way to get out of the heat and want a throw-back style park to give you some serious fun, Silver Dollar City is the place to go.
Universal Orlando Resort
If you make your destination Orlando, Florida, you’ll find more than the Disney World location for some fun. Hersheypark
If you’re looking for a chocolate-themed experience, heading to Hershey, Pennsylvania for some fun is where you’ll find Hersheypark where you can have a lot of fun. This is where you also find Hershey’s Chocolate World with every possible version of this sweet treat that you can find. You can enjoy seeing the animals at ZooAmerica when you head to Hersheypark because your ticket gives you access to this park. Enjoy more than 200 animals at this amazing location. Dollywood
The mountains surrounding Pigeon Forge, Tennessee gives you the backdrop for Dollywood which is founded by Dolly Parton. Enjoy the Tennessee Tornado coaster which takes you on a 128-foot drop through a mountain at a speed that nears 70 mph. The Lightning Rod is another amazing ride at this park. This coaster is made of wood and steel to give you the thrill you’ve been after. Stay at the Dollywood DreamMore Resort and Spa which has two pools and a kid active area at the hotel.
Busch Gardens Tampa Bay
Your Florida vacation can take you to Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay for a lot of fun. This is one of the few amusement parks that features a full zoo with more than 200 species of animals to enjoy. You’ll love the rides, the animals, the food, and the fun offered. Busch Gardens is another one of the parks that has several different locations around the country to give you a few locations to enjoy. The one in the Tampa area is only 11 miles northeast of downtown Tampa.
