Chevy Revealed: The 2023 Chevy Blazer

It’s that time once again. Some models receive a refresh that makes them look amazing, and the 2023 Chevy Blazer is one of them.

This SUV’s name came back to life as something completely different from its body-on-frame predecessor, and it fits nicely into the market. We expect aggression, excitement, and engagement from the Blazer by carrying sporty design cues. A look at the 2023 model on display at the Chicago Auto Show proved we are getting everything we expect and a lot more. Let’s take a look.

New Paint for a Fresh Feeling

The colors you see offered for the 2023 Blazer SUV might not sound like new versions, but they have some cool names and give you something more than the typical black and white hues we see on the road. You can find Radiant Red Tintcoat, Fountain Blue, Sterling Gray Metallic, and Copper Bronze Metallic. All four new colors sound pretty cool, although we might stay away from the gray because we happen to like brighter colors, but that’s a choice. The new colors offered are just a start to what this new Chevy has in store for us.

A New Face Makes it that Much Prettier

The Chevy Blazer receives a facelift for the 2023 model year. The RS trim shown in Chicago brought a new front fascia design for us to admire.

This front end has revised LED daytime running lights that stretch across the upper corners of the front end and continue to the outer edges of the grille. A new grille design brings a larger hourglass shape giving this SUV a sharper appearance for your viewing pleasure. Finally, a new set of Led headlights sit lower in the front area of the vehicle, giving you the illumination you desire and a unique new style for this SUV.

New Shoes and a New Rear

Chevy didn’t stop with the front of this vehicle.

Upgrades to the Blazer are found in the new wheels and the rear, offering a complete package of newness for this SUV. The new wheel designs give you various sizes, including 18, 20, and 21-inches in diameter.

Moving to the back, you’ll see a new set of LED taillights, a set of integrated dual exhaust pipes peeking out of the bumper, and a faux rear diffuser. These items add to the sportiness of an already sporty SUV.

A Few Changes in the Cabin of the Chevy Blazer

If the outside were all that changed about the Blazer, this would be a short read, but there are some interesting upgrades to the cabin as well. No matter the trim, you’ll enjoy the benefits of a 10-inch infotainment touchscreen which gives you large icons and an easy system to use. Every model also receives wireless device charging, making the Blazer the first SUV in its class to have this as a standard item on all trims.

These two upgrades to the tech make this version of the Blazer more enticing for you.

Experience a Quick and Composed Drive

The perfectly sorted driving dynamics of the Chevy Blazer give you the comfortable, capable, and composed ride you want on any road.

You can push this SUV hard through the corners or experience a fantastic drive on a quiet country road. The Blazer does well in traffic, and it brings you an impressive level of features and qualities for your time on the road.

Regardless of the powertrain chosen, this is an excellent vehicle to drive, giving you excitement when you want it, and a calm feeling during other times.
