The starting price shows up at $32,89- for the Limited model while the Platinum edition starts at $43,440. Putting AWD on the V6 will add $2,500 to the price and adding the Hemi V8, which is only RWD, will increase your cost by $3,000. A fully loaded 300 will show up near the $50,000 price mark and bring you a car that is certainly on par with some of the best luxury models on the market but for thousands less.
For these prices you will have lots of great equipment to enjoy. The standard offerings for the Chrysler 300 include an 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Uconnect, a seven-inch driver information display, dual zone climate control, a 12-way power driver’s seat, keyless entry, 17-inch cast aluminum alloy wheels and a six-speaker audio system with satellite radio with USB and Bluetooth input. When you look under the hood you see there are two great engines for you to take advantage for the driving you want to do. The first is the 3.6-liter V6 which offers 292 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque for the base version which is upgraded to 300 horsepower and 264 lb.-ft. of torque for the 300S model. This engine is attached to an eight-speed automatic transmission bringing in a fuel mileage of 19 city/31 hwy mpg fir the RWD model and 18 city/27 hwy mpg for the AWD version to give you a car that can be amazing to drive from either of these models.
The larger engine is the massive 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine that shows off with 363 horsepower and 394 lb.-ft. of torque. With the same transmission as the smaller engine this beast will give you a fuel number of 16 city/25 hwy mpg making it a difficult decision as to what engine you should choose. This engine is so powerful in the 300 that it actually has a towing capacity of 1,000 pounds in the Chrysler 300 making this a car with an engine that has been admired for such a long time.
