Pokemon terrorists thwarted

James Stumbo and Kevin Norton Pokemon Terrorists

If you’re going to a Pokemon World Championship to compete, you should bring your best gaming, swag, and memorabilia to get yourself pumped up to win. You shouldn’t bring guns with the intention of taking out the competition, but that’s exactly what two men did for the Boston tournament.

They didn’t just come with .22 pistols, either. The guns and ammo they brought to the event were the type that can fill the bravest gamer with nightmares. Moreover, they were threatening attendees, prompting police to check their hotel room where they found the weapons.

Police arrested Kevin Norton, 18, and James Stumbo, 27, and charged them with several weapons-related counts. The Iowa natives were there to win, apparently at any cost.
