Corporations have Religious Rights According to Supreme Court

In another blow to the beleaguered Obamacare legislation, the Supreme Court ruled in a 5-4 decision that the ideologies associated with religious beliefs could  not be trampled on by the legislation. Conestoga Wood Specialties of Pennsylvania and Hobby Lobby of Oklahoma were at the center of this decision, declaring that they should not be forced to offer contraception in their health benefits.

The Affordable Care Act has been at the center of many controversies since it was passed. It has happened mostly along party lines with Republicans attacking it and Democrats defending it.

According to CNN:

The section of law in dispute requires some for-profit employers to offer insurance benefits for birth control and other reproductive health services without a co-pay.
